Best lease car deals available?

Does anyone know if with Skoda finance leases, you are the registered keeper or not? Just making sure insurance isn't going to be an issue (mid way through an aviva policy) if we go with a Skoda personal nal contract hire.
For most (all?) leases you won't be registered keeper. It's one of the things that means they are responsible for car tax (hence why it's always included in PCH).As TheJelley said, it shouldn't make any difference to insurance.

Aviva will be fine with it. I had a few (long) conversations with them when I took out insurance on the R.
Thanks. Just tried doing some online quotes for the new car, based on me not being registered keeper and it seems to suggest they cannot insure. The general assumptions say that the car should be registered to the insurers address. Guess it needs a conversation to sort.
Cheers.

Chaps, does anyone know of any good Mercedes deals at the moment? C or E class ideally.
Have a look heremight just be that Merc aren't competing at the moment.
Remember it's the first day of the new financial half year and quarter, so you may see some better deals come out over the next couple of weeks

Go on confused.com and have a play there - before my unsuccessful lease of a Golf R I had plenty of quotes through their website - there is an option to say who the register owner and keep are.
Thanks. Not worried about ongoing insurance but I have four months left on the current policy with Aviva so really wanted to swap over on that rather than start a new policy now. Really don't want to have to pay to cancel that policy and lose the years NCB. talksthetorque said:

Anyone else ordered one of the 208 GTi deals a couple of weeks ago?
If so what delivery time were you quoted? so far leas company can only give me August as the estimated delivery date, not particularly helpful.
Cheers
Its the same for me, when I first applied I was actually told mid June, this soon went to mid July once I'd signed then after chasing them up this week I'm also told August!! I'm starting to think they will actually be September. If so what delivery time were you quoted? so far leas company can only give me August as the estimated delivery date, not particularly helpful.

I'm pretty sure it's an employee or friends and family deal. I was speaking to a BMW tech guy not so long ago and he was telling me about the no deposit deals for staff. It won't be open to the general public unless you have a mate who works for BMW.Gassing Station | Car Buying | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
