Best lease car deals available?

It's a decent deal by the look of it.
The nearest comparable to it is this 2 year 3 + 23 deal at £323.23 from
https://www.contracthireandleasing.com/car-leasing...
But I don't think it's maintained.
Will it need a service in the first two years at that mileage? The nearest comparable to it is this 2 year 3 + 23 deal at £323.23 from

But I don't think it's maintained.
The guy asking about the 12 month contract, maintained, surely there won't be any maintenance required!
Im potentially new to leasing, do does this look a reasonable deal? I need a runaround for family and a dog so need something with more doors and seats than my S2000. It's £144 for 3 years.

However I have also found a VW Tiguan deal that also seems reasonable

I was after a Mercedes C class and was going to lease it through Go Green Leasing. They mentioned they could also offer via their dealer the stand Mercedes Agility PCP at 4.9%. They were also £1600 cheaper than the best price of drivethedeal or carwow.
Worked out cheaper to PCP than lease for me.
Mercedes C250D AMG Line Premium with 19" wheels £38,500 their price was £30600.
2k down £380 a month x 36
18850 GFV
That's a fantastic deal!Worked out cheaper to PCP than lease for me.

Two thousand pounds deposit plus nigh on 400 a month each and every month for three years to drive a 2 litre turbo diesel?
Apols for thread deviation...

Have a look at Skoda Yetis, Ford Kugas, and Vauxhall Astras - they seem to be the other bargains at this size at the moment.http://www.gateway2lease.com/z_honda_civic_1.4ivte...

I don't think Merc are supporting C class deals much at present, may have to sit and wait or go for an E class.

To get it at the discounted rate, ask for Lisa on 01782 254444 or 07951575778 and say you were referred by Ryan Gibb for the Focus ST deal.
I believe it was ST1 - £184 ST2 - £206. ST3 - £229 (3+23 8kpa excess mileage 6.7p)
All colours available free however yellow is extra.
Hope this helps,
Ryan

Ford Focus ST-1 Initial payment 561.88 plus 23 x 177.82 = 4651.74
Ford Focus ST-2 Nav Initial payment 598.06 plus 23 x 199.36 = 5183.34
Ford Focus ST-3 Nav Initial payment 635.79 plus 23 x 211.93 = 5510.18
To these prices I would imagine you have to add an admin charge but do not know what it is as it does not say on their website.Edited to say it looks like the admin fee is £90.
Possible downside is the deal is 5000 miles per year.
