I spoke too soon. Shows the lack of knowledge within SEATs own dealerships. You are correct, they are not taking orders but another SEAT dealer is currently processing an offer on the 290 for me (slightly more expensive)

Its £242.48 x 23 + £1002.48 deposit = £6579.52 (£271.15 per month)
There is no processing fee etc on this
Delivery most likely December/Jan 2016

I have submitted the finance application for this, let me know if you are still interested and I will share the info with you/anyone else interested.

Yes please- Have spent all day trying to decide between Scirocco R or Mini JCW one of which is a very old design and the other is a little too small so the Leon solves both problems!

I must say though that Seat have dropped a bit of a bk with this given that their own website makes no reference to the Cupra 290 - and this months' car mags still carry adverts for the Cupra 280!
