Nice stuff about helpful posters etc
I'd echo that - know occasionally the thread veers off as I, and others, ask newbie questions but it's been very helpful and we too have sorted out a lease on the back of it.

[heads off to start a Cactus thread] biggrinbiggrinbiggrin

I thought this was a thread for people to come and post the best deals they have found, not come on and ask for a deal?

I have contributed plenty of deals to this thread when they were worth posting. Have a look back if you want? Or maybe that would be too much hard effort?

Very interested to hear where that was from. About to sign up but would prefer an Avant and that deals good in comparison to my 'stock' car offers so far.
+1!

Wow where from???

Id sell my current A4 Saloon for this deal??
Did anyone find out?! About to pull the trigger but just holding out on the off-chance that JJ sees these replies (as well as PMs!) and shares the secret...

Totally agree tbh, it was a good page when people posted deals that were good

All it is now is a page for people to ask people to do their dirty work for them as they cant be arsed to look.

I got that one in an email from the sales team at CVL

Citroen C4 Cactus 1.2 VTI PureTech Flair 5dr Manual
£1800 down then 17 x £20.39 10k miles (all inc VAT)
or
18 straight £120 rentals (inc VAT) <-- Pretty much the same as the deal posted a few pages back

My 330e lease has just been cancelled.
BMW have apparently cut the allocation & backing for this car.
Anyone else in the same boat?

The second option would have saved us £200 odd over 18 months but its ordered now and don't have the energy to try and get out of it!

EDIT: It's actually less than £50 difference as you didn't mention the £180 admin fee.

Ditto, if it's that cheap I may as well pile in now rather than look for something similar for a July delivery.

No fees suggests direct at Audi?

Yes, just received the same call from Select Contracts. Not at all happy.

Cancelled due to a 'reduction in build allocation slots' by BMW. No firm suggestion that there will be any support other than a cancellation. The last time this happened to me BMW assigned me a later build slot and put me in a courtesy car until mine arrived.

I agree, hence why I thought this other thread was worth starting:

Let's get back on it:

VW Polo GTi 3dr, 5k miles, 3+23 @£148pm. Fees are high at £400-odd, total cost is £4,300 or £178pm.

DSG option is £2 more per month.

Yes Vehicle Leasing.

I'm trying to see if anyone can get near it, especially a dealer as the fees are extortionate, but if they are the only ones capable of this deal then I'll just have to bite it. If anyone can recommend anywhere, let me know...
That's good, G2L and others had a similar monthly payment but on a 9+23. Even with the fee this is a good bit cheaper.
I signed up for Flame Red 3dr Manual Polo GTI few weeks ago for similar to what you've quoted about but for 10k miles pa. Local dealer couldn't get close. Expecting delivery sometime in March.

Sorry for the tardy reply, been at a friends funeral all day.

Managed to sort the deal through Audi Oxford. Ask for Chris or Barrie.

I've had the docs through so hoping all goes ahead at the price quoted. I have no reason to suggest otherwise.

They did say allocation was running low so if you're genuinely interested I wouldn't wait.

Sorry for upsetting the balance of this thread by actually leasing a car but think that's only the three PHers in the thread that have actually gone for the Cactus deal. Any other car/deal match that sort of conversion rate on here? wink
+1 smile

Hi

Fee on the Polo was £195 inc VAT. I dealt with Yasir, he was very helpful.
