Just looking at the figures for my XC60 as mine is due to finish in March. Volvo quote 50% of remaining for which I got quotes going back to October

For me the best time is December as after that there is the chance of a major service due. Add to that front brake pads and the figures rise. So it's December or let it run to the full term and pay for the service. I calulated it all out and divided by the number of months use I will have had, sad I know but looking at the deals on A4 Allroads and the top spec 272 model. A tenner more a month than the Volvo, but even at 10 insurance groups higher looks to be a tenner cheaper to insure

Please be careful with offers that demand such big deposits. I know you say you're paying £115 per month, but actually what you're paying is £153 per month. The smaller deposit pushes that to £166 because the leasing company is taking more of a risk. Either way, I would presume that the deposit is not refundable in any way, should you decide to terminate the contract early, for whatever reason.

Anyway, I'll get off the soapbox now!
hi mate could you share where you found this deal? i could do with one

That looks like excellent value for someone, higher mileage seems competitive too, will those prices be correct if you were to get in contact!

The Zetec Estate is only £206 on a 3+23 for 8k miles. Better spec and even more practical.

Was that Scott's post? I'm guessing it was removed due to advertising. PH have/had a leasing sponsor in place already and don't like people offering their own services. It's against the rules apparently

I'm also considering one, but wasn't too sure what spec I wanted, or what was the best value for money option. So he's a rough estimate of each car variant, based on 10k/yr.
Hope this helps:

2.0 TDi BMT 150 SE Nav 5dr £6,656
2.0 TDi BMT 150 SEL 5dr £7,424
2.0 TDi BMT 150 R-Line 5dr £8,608

2.0 TDi BMT 150 SE Nav 5dr DSG £7,975
2.0 TDi BMT 150 SEL 5dr DSG £8,448
2.0 TDi BMT 150 R-Line 5dr DSG £9,504

2.0 TDi BMT 150 4Motion SE Nav 5dr DSG £7,680
2.0 TDi BMT 150 4Motion SEL 5dr DSG £8,932
2.0 TDi BMT 150 4Motion R-Line 5dr DSG £9,541

Also, have a look at the Honda CRV that's very keenly priced right now.

I'm shocked by those figures - a PCP on list price-£1000 for a stock Tiguan 2.0 TDI SE Nav would cost £13616 over two years - although I guess some discount would be available.

Or lease for £6573 with a smaller deposit.

I know I'm late to the lease thread, but have I missed something?

No. It's common to see some cars much cheaper to lease than PCP.
You just need to be flexible, as it's not always the case.

I'd love to go for an S5, but doing 20k miles per year just makes me think it doesn't make sense! I bet real world mpg is lucky to hit 30?
