Best Lease Car Deals Available? (Vol 3)
Discussion
I apologise for this being off topic as it's not a lease deal. but i could do with some advice.
Has anyone cancelled a lease order? I ordered a Cupra back at the beginning of June and an unexpected change of circumstances means I no longer really want or need the car. The car isn't scheduled to be built for another 4 weeks. I've paid the admin fee which i don't mind losing as it stated as being non refundable.
Any advice on how i should proceed?

This isn't a bad deal and I think it's good to see an alternative to the usual German fodder. Very appealing indeed.

Just as a wild stab in the dark - call the bloody lease company?
Yes, do this.Also though:
Is it an awesome deal?
Someone on here might want one quickly.
Post up the deal and see if anyone's interested

Is it hopeless to think there might ever be an attractive lease deal on GLC?
I don't think MB ever did much on ML/GLE so maybe GLC will be same.
For now it's hopeless. They've taken the GLC off the company car listing at head office as they can't build them quick enough. There's very little support on them because of this. Shame as I really want a GLC!I don't think MB ever did much on ML/GLE so maybe GLC will be same.
There have been deals on the GLE though, Lex to a big batch March/April time, although they were mainly Sport models as opposed to AMG Line. The Sport doesn't look as good as the AMG Line IMO

Audi A4 2.0 TFSI S-Line
10k miles per annum (24 months)
£2400 deposit
£224 per month
£7795 all in
payments equal 26% of the £30,500 full price
Im surprised we don't all use this measure a little more to compare these deals.10k miles per annum (24 months)

26% over 2 years is actually a lot more than I would have guessed.
No idea if you can get deals on this "full price" from a showroom, but when depreciation is considered that suddenly seems quite expensive

It quite often is.....The problem is that a % of purchase price, while relevant, is so hard to quantify since it only really makes sense if its a comparison against achievable discounted prices....26% over 2 years is actually a lot more than I would have guessed.

If you got 20% off that A4 and paid £24K, could you sell / px the car for around £16,500 at 2yrs? Doubtful, I'd say.

Are you seriously insinuating a 2 year old Golf R would be worth 16k? Are you talking trade value or actual retail value? 2 year old R's are still 22kish for a decent model at the moment, cant see there ever being a time when you can get a Golf R still in manufacturers warranty for 16k.kaisah16 said:

10,000 Golf R's have been registered in under 2 years, nobody really knows whats going to happen. We have never seen so many top-end Golfs being registered at this kind of speed. All I know is I keep getting emails in my inbox from local VW saying £6k off which means 3 year residual will be 50% of £26k+ equity = £13k + £2,600 for new Golf R = approx £16k.

I always use this figure as it gives a better idea on the deal you are getting.26% over 2 years is actually a lot more than I would have guessed.

As someone mentioned discounted prices, I have been quoted £26,878 for the new A4.
This takes the original calc of 26% to 29%.

S3 deals seem to have dried up - its a nightmare not knowing when to commit to a deal with the constant changing prices.
Was offered 5 door 2016 (310bhp) S3 auto on a 3x23 10k miles with maintenance for £326 inc vat 2 weeks ago and can't get anywhere near that now
Then the time to commit was 2 weeks ago Was offered 5 door 2016 (310bhp) S3 auto on a 3x23 10k miles with maintenance for £326 inc vat 2 weeks ago and can't get anywhere near that now
