No complaints from me about wind noise on my 2015 C Class diesel estate, even with run-flats.
Plenty of complaints online - from UK and other owners. These are specific for c-class saloons, with MB issuing a TSB for it. MB have tried twice to resolve it, but the issue is still there. I've now rejected my 12 day old vehicle because of it.

As for the lease deal - 250d amg-line prem plus, 6+23 at £343 pm.

So if you lease and the car comes with delivery to your door, do those delivery miles come off your annual mileage allowance? What if you live in London and your car gets delivered from Scotland? Are you down a few hundred miles on your mileage before you've even driven the car?

Allowance doesn't start until you actually receive the car.
Receive it on 300 for example, then your 5/8/10/15k starts from the 300

Not always, I've just signed with CVL and it states anything over 100 comes off your allowance, which is annoying, but I do so few miles it shouldn't matter.

Might email them and ask which dealer it's been ordered with as my current m135i was a dealer 20 miles away.

no you still have your full allowance, mine came with just over 100 miles, so my allocation is 10,100 roughly

That's a good price for the 250d. I have the same, but just Prem version for a little more money than that. Had it for 18 months now, cracking car to be fair. My first Mercedes too.

Our car had the delivery mileage included in the allowance this was nearly 200 miles. If we had an issue with it we could of collected the car ourselves or paid for it to be delivered on a transporter.

It's not the allowance that would bother me. Id expect it to be delivered n a flat bed not driven to the delivery destination.

My dad is thinking of a change from his 15year old S60, I've seen Simpsons Skoda doing a Yeti 1.4tsi 4x4 Lauren &Klement
£2490 down 23x£105 inc vat 8k pa met paint at no extra. No fees. 7ppm excess inc vat. Factory order 12-14weeks. Amortised £204/month or £4905 total.
I think it's a cracking deal for him, anyone know of anything better? The only problem with this deal being that a trip from South Wales to Preston as they don't delivery but will arrange collection at agreements end.

My last 2 lease cars have been delivered on a flat bed truck with no miles on clock... i would expect my next lease to be the same. There was no charge for this.

Im in Scotland and lease tends to come from down south so maybe that is the reason.

White is only standard on R-Line, it's £275 (half the metallic cost) option on other models. Only free colour is flat Urano Grey.

Simpsons delivered for me to Beds. £80 I think it was.

On another point, seems like £2400 down is becoming standard on VW deals. Big lump up front

Yes, the larger initial seems the norm with the VWFS deals, interesting point on the delivery, I'll ask again if my dad is going to proceed. Thanks
