Anyone know of any good Audi S3 sportback or Q5 lease prices?

20k miles p/a, I'm looking for 3+35 or 6+35.

I had similar and thought ...... No.

Factor in tyres, service and add up 36 months worth of leasing inc fees and 60.00 to change your lease then it might have been cheaper to buy the thing.
if you dont want it let me know, ill take it on for that wink
Too late, goes back week 1 March smile

I'm slightly shy on miles so will be paying 155 for the next 4 payments which swung it for me really.

Had S3 S Tronic £306.55 6 / 23 Black or Grey 10,000 and 12.64 PPM (Pus VAT on excess miles I think) so for you round numbers £9K and then £3K in excess miles for TWO years @ 20,000 makes it £12K or £6K per annum would seem good to me. Plus after 2 years and 40,0000 miles I would have thought you would want a change, plus reduce the 3rd extra year servicing tyres / brakes costs?

I say Had as I think these may have gone, it was short supply.

Just watch the Spec as these S3 has no parking sensors and I wanted a colour so these Options really killed the costs, but for the Std car local Audi were quite good on price, perhaps it is the broker who can do the deals better on the options - I am still learning.

I am looking at a S5 and If you get anything of interest on the SQ5 please let me know.

Not sure if this is of interest as its a van but I have just got a steal on a new Transit Custom 2.2 100ps van.

9 + 23 - works out £1106 down
£115 per month

I added the ply lining kit which took it to £122.
If you wanted 6+23 it went up to £138.

The above is excluding VAT but presume most people with companies will be taking it out like my self so I will reclaim the VAT.
Mileage was 5k with 7ppm charge.. again this is basically a run around for our company so will probably do less than 5k per annum.

I have looked around and cant find a deal anywhere near this, most are £170 a month + VAT so seems great.

Delivery time is 8 days smile

Please be careful with offers that demand such big deposits. I know you say you're paying £115 per month, but actually what you're paying is £153 per month. The smaller deposit pushes that to £166 because the leasing company is taking more of a risk. Either way, I would presume that the deposit is not refundable in any way, should you decide to terminate the contract early, for whatever reason.

Anyway, I'll get off the soapbox now!

It is an initial payment, sorry for the confusion. So yes you wont get that back as with any lease.

The offer is £115 excluding VAT - I would get billed £138 but immediately claim the VAT back on my next return so I would actually be paying the lower amount in the long run.

Fair point, that's a lot of monthly payments - but it's probably a fairly typical 6/9 month deposit for a more typical (£170ish) leasing rate on a van like this.

I've also been looking at an S3 Sportback S-tronic to replace my Golf R and have found the following...sadly on 2 year deals but it should give you some idea. Spoke to a couple of local Audi dealers and waiting to hear back to see if they can match. Probably won't but worth a go...

Contracthireandleasing.com

3+23, 10k mpa, £365.95 (Term = £9514.70)
6+23, 10k mpa, £302.48 (Term = £8771.92)

Contractcars.com

£600+6+23, 10k mpa, £316.80 (Term = £9782.20)

VESource.co.uk

9+23, 8k mpa, £280 (Term = £8960)

All prices inc VAT...

Just had my Golf R lease extension quote through - £247 per month for additional 12 months and 10,000 miles and excess mileage at 6ppm + VAT

Currently paying £206 per month (or £300 amortised) so it sounds reasonable

Any thoughts??

Out of interest has anybody given a car back early to VW? If so what are the charges?

BMW 335D works out at less than £10k with a low upfront, seems better than I can find most places.

But have never seen a deal on here from these people before, or even come across them.

Sometimes sceptical in case they are dodgy

Not fantastic compared to the deal I got from Alphabet via a broker in Q3 for a Touring at 311 on a 6*23 for 8k PA
There were several other options available over the summer/early autumn for similar prices with different brokers

I havent actually got it yet though...............

As I mentioned further up thread I had tried to arrange a lease on a Golf R. Sadly today I got the news that no more leases are being agreed frown.

So back to the drawing board. Anyone seen any decent leases on something comparable or at least nice?
What do you mean by no more leases being agreed?

My S3 was from Vesource last quarter, was slightly cheaper at £8,320 for the term on 8k per year, then an extra £260 over the term to add Daytona Grey paint and Privacy Glass. Will be way into February 2017 for delivery now though.

Thanks - quite tempted by these tbh! Do you need to add any extras to these S3s? I refuse to pay for extras on contract lease cars now...

No it doesn't. £410 on a 9+23 or £13,120 for two years.

You can get an XC90 for that.

The same spce Touareg can be had for £50 a month less.

Order books for the R are now closed, until they start taking orders for the facelift, which may not be until Feb or march next year according to my local dealer.

Just tried specing one up the the same level as the golf R which required the following additions:

Privacy glass £375
Split fold rear seats £250
Extended leather interior £275
Auto dimming mirror £125
Folding door mirrors £200
Adaptive cruise £475
Parking sensors front and rear. £700
Hill hold assist £75

S3 comes with leather seats that are ~£1700 on the golf.

Probably wouldn't spec all these if I was buying an S3 but gives you and idea.

The only things I deem essential that are missing from the standard spec are rear parking sensors, privacy glass and metallic paint. It cost me £5.50 per month extra (£143) for metallic paint and £5 per month extra (£130) for privacy glass which I thought were reasonable.

Everyone raves about the virtual cockpit but for £1400 it is a steep addition to a lease, the standard sat nav is fine.

Metallic paint essential on a lease car?
