I'm also considering one, but wasn't too sure what spec I wanted, or what was the best value for money option. So he's a rough estimate of each car variant, based on 10k/yr. Thanks

Try sticking with a main dealer where possible, as it's most likely the cars will exist and of course be new.
http://www.freedomcontracts.com/ also have quite a few cars with 2 weeks delivery period.

The only things I deem essential that are missing from the standard spec are rear parking sensors, privacy glass and metallic paint. It cost me £5.50 per month extra (£143) for metallic paint and £5 per month extra (£130) for privacy glass which I thought were reasonable.
Everyone raves about the virtual cockpit but for £1400 it is a steep addition to a lease, the standard sat nav is fine.
Where about was thus from as usual don't the add the full charge to the lease. Also was this over 24 months or moreEveryone raves about the virtual cockpit but for £1400 it is a steep addition to a lease, the standard sat nav is fine.

But it looks like an incorrect payment profile, should be 9+23 instead of 3+23.

T=Planning on leasing my daughter a car when she turns 17 for her to pass her test in and drive for 2-3 years whilst she does her A-levels and goes off to Uni (hopefully). Looking for an auto as IMHO manual gearboxes will be consigned to the history books over the next 5 years and learning in an auto is both easier and safer.
Found this whilst trawling CH&L
https://www.contracthireandleasing.com/car-leasing...
Smart ForFour 1.0 Prime Premium Plus auto.
Comes with all the kit they do and I've just had a quote for < £500 a year fully comp to insure it in her name, with a provisional license, with me as a named driver.
£1000, and 35 x £120 inc VAT, 8K miles pa. So basically £5k over 3 years and 24k miles.
My sister learned to drive recently and though I agree autos are certainly the future it pays to take your manual test as if you don't, you absolutely cannot drive a manual at any time which could be limiting. Found this whilst trawling CH&L

Spoke to a driving instructor recently about this when researching an article. She said that the gearshift bit is actually the first bit you pick up and do automatically, everything else is far trickier. Ok hillstarts are still a big thing but certainly worthwhile learning.
Anyway that's her (not your) choice, onto the car.
I got my sister a Smart ForTwo lease when they were £99 down and £99/m, specifically went for the ForTwo because she can't have three screaming teenage friends in the car distracting her, only one.
We all know how 17yr old girls are, and she was actually grateful as she wasn't used as a taxi by her mates back from the pub etc. Worth considering.
https://www.vehiclesavers.com/car-leasing/bmw/1-se... This does look like a great 140i deal...
Got a Golf R at the mo and thinking about not extending - although I love it - they want some serious extra cash to carry on (about 130 a month extra to take on board my additional mileage and add more to it)
Any other really decent 140i deals? Looks like a serious bit of kit and would keep me thrilled like the R I reckon....
6+23 on 5k (i get paid mileage for work so like the R i took the mileage on low and then just piled up my expenses to pay for the mileage)
Comes in at: £1598.88+£360+ (23x£266.48) = £8087.92p
Didn't think that was too bad - bit pricier than my R which was about £7.5k on the same miles etc.

Any particularly good sites to look at for high mileage lease? I'll be doing around 35-40k per year.
