I've been offered a 335d X drive in met black for £2283.72 (6) + £380.62 (23) non maintained and 20,000 miles. The total is £11037.98. Has anyone seen better?
Seems reasonable. I would drive one first though - the body roll and handling might not be what you expect. The 335 x drive doesnt actually come with MSport suspension despire being labelled an MSport it just gets the bog standard 3 series set up.
Thanks Simon. My local BMW dealer hates me because I lease cars from the internet so I'll need to figure out how to get a drive of one. iI'd prefer a 335d X drive GC but haven't seen any so the saloon will have to do

Cheers, do you have to ask for these special deals then? I can't see an M140i anywhere near £300?

https://www.centralukvehicleleasing.co.uk/vehicle/...

That's showing £500 a month?!

For those of you that have placed orders for S5's via the various brokers have you had your confirmation that you are getting the car yet?

The reason I ask is that I spoke with CVL today and he informed me that I'm currently in a holding pool waiting for Friday to see if another allocation of cars from Audi will be released. He's pretty confident that another batch will be released but obviously that could change...

Waiting to hear back from another broker in the morning as he apparently can source me one via his dealer but will confirm 100% in the morning. My order was submitted to CVL on Tuesday too...
I'm in exactly the same situation, I to applied on Tuesday (afternoon) and the spoke to CVL this morning and had almost exactly the same conversation. I'm not convinced more cars will be released (but have my fingers crossed). Would you mind letting me know the details of the other broker via PM as I don't want to miss the boat

I had a call from my broker this afternoon just to let me know that Audi had confirmed my order and so I needed to pay the booking fee.

If you get stuck, try Eastbourne/Southern Audi.

They were the only Audi dealer who were quoting prices close to the brokers. At least they should know immediately if they can get you a car, if the brokers are struggling.

I wonder if the "next batch of S5s released" will be about £30 quid more a month......

Yes mate. Will do. They're due to contact me on Thursday morning to confirm as I've told him that I want 100% confirmation that he can get a car before I cancel my order via CVL...

Will send you a PM as soon as I've heard something.

Thanks for the info mate. I saw your post earlier with your prices too. Fingers crossed I get sorted with a broker!

SilverCTR - I've gone the same deal on the in stock M135, exact spec as yours. Expecting delivery next Thursday. I haven't seen a M140 near the £6,960 total 2 year price we're getting, especially with the extras.

But if anyone has a link to a cheaper M140 (8k pa) please do share.

Think it's a very good deal, I went for 3x23 at £278 per month. Mine is arriving on Monday :-)

But how can you cope with the Auto box.... frown

Easy - this is a totally different car than the R and one I doubt ill drive too hard. I see the S5 as more of a cruiser with a nice engine note and a good cabin so i think a slushy auto box will suit it.
I never really thrashed the Golf R that much to be honest. Still got 4mm on the original tyres 14k in.
Not just the lack of interaction though it also ruins the noise! Horrible horrible kickdown and lazy upshift tone/note frown
Was that your experience of driving the new S5?
No of course I haven't driven it. But I have driven that particular gearbox and an auto is an auto!

Im not even sure the S5 is that great a deal really. £11k+ over term is too rich for me, rather choose any other premium sports car sub £40k on the market and buy outright and then sell on after 24 months (wont get into the lease vs buy debate though)

Those 135 deals are great if you want a car that's already been replaced by something better. 18 months down the line and I'd be regretting jumping in one.

Seems like the issue is finding stock.

Its similar to the Seat Cupra deal. I spoke to a dealer who had one left and because demand was high he put the price up because he knew he could get away with it and achieve the higher price

Got final quote on the S5 coupe...

23 X £357.99
£3277 deposit

Thats for 10000 miles. No reason to not do it is there? Again, bit wary as a first time leaser... but given all the previous comments, think I will take the plunge...

I'd be looking for my new car after 3 months tbh.

Who would want an out of date model, may as well buy a 14 plate for 17 grand.
