Sorry, but that's a rather poor deal in my view. £7500 can lease many more expensive (RRP) cars.Infinity q30 executive (2nd or 3rd from the bottom) 1.5 d automatic

A base car can be leased for £5k. You've paid £2500 for an auto box and a few options.
I can only hope your GFV is excellent and you'll get some of your deposit back.
But anyway, this is a lease deal thread - there's another one for PCP
Hi Guys, thinking of lease for the first time (PCH rather than BCH).
Looking a Jag xf r-Sport from carlease.uk. I know that they have been a sponsor here but am being cautious and wondered if anyone had experience with them.
I had been to Jag dealerships who have informed me they cannot come close to the quotes supplied by carlease.uk (unless you are a director of a LTD) and maintain that carlease.uk will take the order,
Jag's quote ',As for the quotation you have from Carlease these people are brokers and not a retailer and are quite happy to quote people with the minimum of effort from them. By that I mean they cannot have understand your individual needs and will not have spoken to Jaguar Contract Hire/ they would possibly even take an order from you but when it is passed to underwriting you will be back to where we are now.' The personal circumstance they refer to is not being a director of an LTD.
Anyone any experience with carlease and leasing in general that can help navigate these concerns.
Thanks

Seriously, this is just an attempt to get a sale at a worse deal for the customer by slamming the leasing company. Besides, how do they need to understand your individual needs? Surely you understand them, and that's all that matters?
The only benefit to going with a registered dealer is that it helps to build a relationship, but imho, that's a benefit worth a max of 5% of the contract price.

Par for the course in my experience of Jag dealers. Just an attempt to spread FUD in order to put you off and sign up with them for the full "premium experience".Looking a Jag xf r-Sport from carlease.uk. All the franchises try to scare you away from these "dodgy internet brokers" usually with tactics just like these.
No one else except the factory dealers can buy direct from the factory. Ultimately any car will come through the dealer network somewhere, whoever it is ultimately purchased from by the end user. I've had dealers tell me i'm lying or the quotes must be mistakes, then I tell them it's from BMW financial services or MB UK or VWFS and they shut up.
Knobheads. Don't they realise they're just losing the sale to another dealer, ultimately all part of the same manufacturers sales network? Even if you buy it from "xyz lease" it will still be sourced and delivered from a Jag / Merc / BM dealer just like any other car.
No lease firm worth their salts is going to be taking ordered for cars without secured vehicles / slots at agreed prices from the manufacturer. What sort of business would that be?

PCH = Personal Contract Hire which is a form of leasing.

Tempted by the S3 deal on select leasing, however my current car don't go back till March.
However the bloke on their chat said they may be able to deliver the car in March... so just waiting back for him.
is it worth pulling the trigger or waiting out for Q4 deals?
Yes should be able to go for a lease now (and get current deal) but specify a later delivery date, no need to take it immediately its built. The lease term / payment doesn't start until it's delivered to you either of course. However the bloke on their chat said they may be able to deliver the car in March... so just waiting back for him.

I did that with both my leases, specified the delayed delivery dates to tie in nicely with dates to suit ME not THEM. (ie. same day other car get collected). They just held them unregistered / untaxed at the dealers for a couple of months.
Also, you could return your other car a bit early if you want (still paying though), but that's your choice.

Secondly, you are a pedant. Who really cares enough to comment if someone posts a PCP deal? It might turn out to be better than an equivalent lease deal... doesn't happen often but can when very specific PCP dealer support is available.
