Has anyone enquired about the VW Golf GTD estates showing on Horizon Vehicle Leasing?

https://www.contracthireandleasing.com/car-leasing...

9+23 @ £188.39, 10,000 miles.

Anyone had any dealings with this company?

At that price I'd just use a main dealer with no fees. E.g.

Seems a really slow time for decent deals, doesn't seem to be a rush for getting end of year orders. I've a feeling this is the way it's going to be now, even this thread has had very little posting over the weekend, anything which looks reasonable is 9+ upfront (or £2400) and 5k miles....Lets see what new year brings.

Of the 1-series deals available today that's a typical price, but in the grand scheme of things that's quite expensive.
18 months ago 125D M-Sport auto were about 1+23 £250 inc VAT

Fingers crossed - they do seem to come in fits and starts.

I ordered the Skoda Superb (2.0 DSG TECH) deal which I wasn't sure about but glad I did as I've not seen anything as good value come up for the size and spec of the car (6+ £209.00pm 10k inc Met paint).

I was thinking of replacing my Astra but it's only a second car to get me to work, only if something exceptional comes along will I consider it but think we've had the good times. The Skoda replaces a Lexus IS300h which was £219.00 and that was seen as an average deal at the time.

Please excuse the off topic

Just had my Golf R checked over before it goes back on Wednesday (going to miss this car!)

I need two new front tyres or they will charge me £140 each.

Anyone know what VW let you get away with regards new rubber. I will put part worns on it in OE Bridgestone spec if I can, but if i cant find any can I stick Firestones on front in correct ratings even if they dont match the Bridgestone rears?

Thanks

Not sure if this is a good deal for a Mini, or just typical pricing? I'd prefer two years rather than three, but might help someone:

Freedom Contracts

Mini Cooper 1.5 3dr chili pack
3+35, 10k/year
£543.57 + £181.19 (inc.VAT)
fee = £199(+VAT)

My next lease will be on price alone, not massively fussed over what car it is, so I'm considering all sorts of random stuff that wouldn't usually be on my radar.

What tyre depth are they saying was the minimum for hand back? 2mm?

I asked for a quote from vehicle savers and these are 6 to 9 month lead!!
I was told factory orders are 16-20 weeks. I don't need a car for 8 weeks but 16-20 is a long time!
I was told 6 months for the S3 Black Edition from them. Too long for me that

So just spoke to VW - on chat and asked for an update on my Tiguan R line I ordered 18th Nov - was 'still with the factory' on the site, and I heard if you speak to them on chat they have more info on the current status.
Well I almost wish I hadn't, not down for build till 1st May with a delivery Mid June -

Think I might be cancelling, I was told 20 weeks but was kind of thinking that would be the maximum date not the min for what is a standard spec white car.....

hhhmm decisions.
