Like most things quoted on Contracthireandleasing website, that deal does not exist on the lease company (in this case AVC) site. I have stopped using that website as a source as it is often out of date.
Yes, was just looking at this and thought it looked interesting and then realised it's probably another dud.

It would be good if CH&L had a system where any offer posted drops off after say 7 or 14 days so that all the dead wood disappears and you are more likely to be left with live deals.

After cancelling my S5 order (£450 deposit, £450 x 23, 10,000 miles) due to a delayed delivery date I have secured a Scirocco R - had to have metallic paint which bumped the price up £25 per month.

£850 Deposit

Has anyone came across better before I take the plunge?

I think it would be useful to make a list of the bait and switch brokers. They make finding the real deal more difficult.

In my experience over the last month, they are all the same and as bad as each other.

Mind me asking who you cancelled your S5 with? Wouldn't mind seeing if that's still available...

Thanks I'll take a look, June works for me so no problem. Looks like a good deal, shame the dates didn't add up for you!

As opposed to the three door do you mean?

Could live with the three door I guess. But liking the look of the overall A3 package. Seems like a really nice car especially in the S Line and above trim.

Also been looking at the Tiguan but would want SEL spec really which pushes the budget even further.
I realise this is a buying vs leasing issue, but given nearly new offers on the A3 Sportback (see link, no affiliation http://www.audinow.co.uk/pre-reg-audi.php?page=2) - isn't there a compelling argument to buy and flip after 2yrs/3yrs if that's your preference?

Yeah absolutely gutted! Good Luck - haven't seen any better on the S5's especially with the low upfront payment. It's a sportback rather than the coupe.

I don't really see any better deals there than you would get by purchasing brand new with a cash/PCP discount though

And you're able to put that through a ltd company as is with leasing?

For many, that depends on what PCP offers you'd get on buying those cars.

The (unhealthy) discounts off list are part of the reason that VAG lease prices can sometimes be very low. And don't forget that the AudiNow cars are all dealer preregistered, so older, with previous owner and thus lower value. You'll likely get cheaper brand new Audis from brokers like Coast2Coast/Broadspeed.

So any other recommendations for a fairly premium, well specified medium family car with good lease deals that would rival the A3 S Line? Ideally £6000 or less over 2 years.

That's a tall order. If you assume most brokers are quoting 9+23 deals then your budget amounts to a monthly equivalent of around £156+VAT.

That will get you and A4 1.4TSi Sport, Octavia 1.6 TDi, Nissan QQ etc. Not really A3 S-Line standard.

Cheers, that's what I am finding. Ok, perhaps a better way to put it. What's the suggestions for a £6900 budget over two years, as that's what the S Line would be.
