Oooof - That's exactly the sort of thing!
Skoda Yeti DSG at £99/month, £2490 initial rental, 24 months.http://www.simpsonsskoda.co.uk/new-car-offers/yeti...
Initial rental's a bit high but you could possible negotiate something different. Total over 2 years is just under £5K.

Like many a folk on this forum, I got a BMW 125d M Sport almost 2 years ago.
Haven't seen the 'right' deal yet to fist the kumquat, and a little bit worried I may have left it too late.
Anyways, spoke to Arval yesterday who are the provider.
I currently pay ~£240 per month.
If I continue with the lease on the same 10k mileage per annum:
On a monthly basis, price would be ~£260 per month.
If I tie myself in for a further 12 months, price would be ~£220 per month.
I'm considering continuing a month at a time until the right deal pops up.
Hope this helps somebody in a similar situation.
Are you doing 10,000 miles per annum? If doing less, get them to reduce the mileage allowance, my Golf R went from £225pcm to £163pcm. Haven't seen the 'right' deal yet to fist the kumquat, and a little bit worried I may have left it too late.

I've the same car.
Out of interest is your lease a 1+23? That may account for the lease remaining roughly the same. ie. an effective rise, considering it's now a 2yr old car rather than new, quite likely requiring tyres/servicing. I'm not say it's a bad deal, in fact it looks OK to me, but just trying to reconcile it against other lease extension prices I've seen.

So the monthly option is essentially the same price, the yearly option is a reduction of £40 p/m.
I would need a service, but I have a fair bit of tread left on the tyres to last another 6 months or so.
The chap over the phone said I need to decide by mid feb to ensure the payments just continue with out any hiccups, so hopefully something transpires by then.

Hi guys,
I'm new to leasing so am looking for some thoughts on a deal I've found on a BMW 2 Series Coupe.
BMW 2 Series 220d Coupe M-Sport Auto
3+35
£381.98 pm (inc VAT)
Initial £1,145.95
Admin fee £180
30,000 miles p/a
It looks like a good deal to me for the mileage on a car and spec I'm after.
What do the leasing gurus on here think?

Only reservations I would have is the 3 year term. This means 30k mileage out of warranty, and in that mileage you are probably looking at 4/5 sets of rear tyre, 2/3 of fronts and 4 services. A maintenance pack might add quite a lot onto the monthlies but could still be worth it?

I got him to quote the 12 month extension based on a total of 30,000 miles. However I have only done around 14,000 so far, but mainly due to driving the other half's car quite a bit. It will reduce if I lower the mileage, but wanted to look at worst case (if I stop using hers) and then get the calculator out mid Feb if I decide to continue.Geoffrey Boycott said:
Thoughts on this deal advertised on Mercedes website?
Merc GLC 220 d 4MATIC SE (OTR price £36,675.00)
Monthly Rental £359.00
Advance Rental £8,289.00
Contract Duration 36 Months
10k per annum
Crackin' bit of cheese Gromit!
Awful deal. £357.52 a month and £3217.64 deposit is a standard deal for one, and that's not cheap as there's hardly any support on the GLCMerc GLC 220 d 4MATIC SE (OTR price £36,675.00)
Monthly Rental £359.00
Advance Rental £8,289.00

Hi all,
After 4 long months, our Tiguan has finally been delivered to the dealership! Now just the small job of selling our 7 year old Peugeot 308.
I just wanted to find out what the best gap insurance company is? I know ALA have been mentioned on this forum a few times but there was another company mentioned about a month ago who will apparently beat any quote from ALA. Can anyone remember what company that was?

From what I can see, BMW offer an unlimited mileage warranty and I am awaiting a personal quote to see how a maintained contract stacks up. However, I received a quote yesterday for c.£470 p/m and am waiting for them to get back to me about the price discrepancy...I'm hoping it's not a typo!
This is the deal:

EDIT - my link isn't working so just input 3+35 with 30k p/a and the deal shows up.

Cheers for the link. I think there may be a few typos, as other options don't quite stack up.https://www.gateway2lease.com/cars/bmw/2-series-co...
3+35 30k £382
9+35 10k £328
9+35 25k £394
I think your quote should be nearer to 9+35 30k £420

Has anyone seen a good, personal deal on a small 4x4/ crossover?
One of the good things about leasing is that the car doesn't need to be your pride and joy. My lease got scratched. Well I don't really care, it's not my car I just drive the thing. Yes I still need to repair the damage, but no I don't need to stress. What price on stress eh? I mention it, because you said your parents car was written off and it wasn't their fault. There might be some deals for Citroens around still. Maybe a DS3/4? If you're looking at Jukes, check the Cactus as its so marmite there were cheap ones last year. Oh its French. It's French and marmite looks. What could be more dealworthy than that?

Hi
With the new golf order books opening up next month will lease deals be advertised at the same time?
Probably yes. Maybe shortly before, basically as soon as VWFS release their figures. But don't expect any good deals on the GTi/R for a while. Plus they haven't revealed the new GTD yet. With the new golf order books opening up next month will lease deals be advertised at the same time?
Scratch that - GTD is now on the German VW site. Looks nice, nowt much different though.
