I'd be all over the 4C but can't commit to being in the same place for the next 2 years (country and job), so feel it would be slightly silly to sign for one.

A couple of emails here and there - and I've managed to find a cheaper deal on the 4C with an Alfa Romeo dealer (compared to CVL's prices).

5k pa - 9+23 term - £295/month inc VAT
8k pa - 9+23 term - £317/month inc VAT

CVL prices are £312 and £336/month respectively. Added benefit of no admin fee with the dealership.

If people are interested then let me know and I'll post the details on here once I've checked it's ok with the dealership.
I would be very interested in this. I'm going to drive a 4c this morning at a local dealer where a friend works. He says the they can beat any deal.

Thanks

Just got a quote back for that:

£332/month inc VAT on a 9+23 term.
Ohh thanks! It'd make a decent daily driver surely?....
If you are 21 and 5ft 6, yes. Otherwise, no. The cabin is tiny and awkward to enter-exit, there are few gadgets, while the backend squirms all over the place in the damp and rain (soon gets old day after day).

A good 2nd weekend car, though, at this price. A goodish-looking mini sports car with a reasonable badge for lemonade money.

Trying to get my local dealer to match the price given by Unity.

Options - rear sensors and cruise control are both £0 options, so I'd say go for those.

This put me off. Call me extravagant but I like having somewhere to store my phone and my house keys. smile

Morning all. Dealership is happy for me to pass on details. smile

Prices are as quoted on previous page for 5k and 8k pa. Dealership is Alfa Romeo Unity Oxford. Contact Lauren on: laurendavis@unityautomotive.co.uk

It's the cheapest quote I could get. Send over a virtual pint. biggrin

Now the question is, do I go for the deal? Would mainly be a weekend toy if I'm honest...
Thanks for this, have emailed.

Black paint as standard doesn't seem to do the car justice.

Bare in mind the first service is an alleged £900.

Also the xenon headlights are a MUST imo. Those Carbon headlights look terrible and cheapen the car. £400 extra.

If I had the deposit money I'd be signing up. Think we would all struggle to do 10k pa in it though!

It can be taken to an indy garage and done for £300-600. Just make sure they use genuine Alfa parts, to maintain warranty.

It is a rear-engine, carbon-tub sports car, so maintenance will never be particularly cheap.

Mmm cheers, worth checking.

The more I research lease deals/specials, the more I find that my pcps have not been all that! Doh!
With my lease (Fiesta ST funded by Lease Plan) I can replace with whatever brand/price tyre I want as long as it's EOM size ie I can hand it back with £30 budgets on at the end of the term if needed.

I have a 520d m sport, through arval.

£379 a month for 2 years.
I paid 2.5k upfront (deposit) for it.

20k miles, which turned out not to be enough. 8p per excess mile.

Will never get a lease again, going over mileage is painful frown

Plus i broke down, dpf went at 24k miles.
If you PCP'd it wouldn't have broken down and you wouldn't pay excess mileage charges when handing it back either rolleyes

Just for a laugh I say in a 4c spider at the weekend. I knew I wouldn't fit at 6 ft 5. The top of the screen was level with my nose!
Maybe if we lived somewhere with better weather.

I'm assuming it will be fine, but does the front seat in the 4c have adjustment? I'm 5ft 4, shouldn't have any problem reaching the pedals?
