There is word of a coup attempt, chaps. Keep an eye out for a distinguished looking gent who answers to the name of Banter. I believe him to be a Field Marshall. He used to be General Banter but clearly had plans.

Due to an unfortunate incident with a bath of marmite and a former member of Scritti Polliti that left several hamsters limping on cold mornings.

Liberal application of cuprinol and cod liver oil has resolved the situation for now.

Creosote soaked rags work wonders with rodents mobility but usually the other way. I have made a note to use cuprinol in future so thank you for the advice.

Hellfire, that all happened quickly! Did everyone make it over ok? Is it customary for a roll call in these circumstances?

No doubt Dicky will update us.

Right, I'll start unpacking then.
