EQC now gone. Well done to those who got on the deal! I was too hesitant as I don’t have a wall charger.

IIRC you were commenting on the EQC deal on this thread when it was being discussed (with links) back in early March.

They're still out there. My EQC arrived earlier today. £359 a month for a £75k car... (9 months up front, but whatevs).
So on a two year lease that would be just over 15% which would qualify you for an award! Perhaps a free Passat Alltrack! Well done!

I said in the middle of the 2022 hype that we'd know when the market was back to normal when you could lease a Citroen for bugger all. Seems we're back!

I don’t know - what first got me looking at leasing was seeing Tiguans for less than that.

Leasing.com doesn't list that deal... https://leasing.com/car-leasing/citroen/c3-aircros...

I know you’ve not had it long but what’s your first impressions of the A4?

I have one coming soon.
Had mine a few weeks, one big annoyance is the traffic sign speed warning turns itself on every time the car is started so you have to remember to turn it off every time you get in, some EU thing apparently

It might be fine if it correctly knew the speed limits but if often thinks I'm in a 20 zone when it's 30, it will ding at you a few times when you go over the limit

I was going to say this, day 2 of the car and realised the option resets it self! doh! ive looked online and doesnt seem to be a way to even code it out yet with OBDeleven etc, lots of unhappy people out there.

You can make a shortcut for it though so little quicker to get to to switch if it off..

Another one is when you unlock the car, the wing mirrors do not unfold, but fold when you lock.

The Kodiaq did it correctly but i guess its the Audi way! to me fold is locked and unfold is unlocked.

Had mine a couple of weeks. It remembers all my settings, don’t know if that is because mine has the Tech Pro package with advanced key which is paired? My wife and I have different settings which are activated depending which key is used. Annoyingly it still prompts on the centre screen if you want to continue with the user profile paired to the key but if ignored the prompt disappears after a short while.

Still playing with it but the sat nav screen seems to have a bad choice of contrast of colours and is hard to read compared to my previous BMW 330i. I do like the virtual cockpit though. Cruise and limiter controls seem a faff compared to the simple BMW steering wheel controls.

It feels like a nicely put together, comfortable and refined family wagon. Unsurprisingly much less sportier a feel compared to the 3 Series. Early days but doesn’t match the more powerful BMW’s fuel economy

But you can buy a pre registered car with less than 1000miles on the clock for about 43,000 pounds or less, so about 27%.
(EQC cars on lease were all pre reg)

Yes you’re right but this has always applied to a lot of lease deals (and been ignored).

I’ve leased an EQC, it’s 6 + £422 23m 10k pa. I did actually take a quick look at buying but its pcp and £4200 down, £543 month 47months for the cheapest pre reg on AT…I like the flexibility of the lease and lower amortised cost per year.
