Second owners taking a bath.

First owners, if they haven't had to buy an overpriced watch or other cars to get the allocation, are still having a good time.

Ad hominem comments everywhere.

Further evidence Ruby is a hurl colour and effectively a waste of the ott very expensive pts option. Steels won't help either.

Still c £10k over list when new.

You really seem to be desperate to prove this & so far nothing is below list.

Nothing under list but there’s no denying prices are going South.

Knock off 10% for dealer margin and get an idea what the owner sold it for. Is £150k really below list?

Don't forget to include the options £21k at current prices, so let's say £17k.

135+17= 152

165-7=158

Getting close to a loss

It first went up at £189k in September, perhaps they gave him £180k?

2 2022 cars at OPCs, at £164k. All the required options too.

This sets a new floor, which seems to be lowering by £1k/week.

Can they really be dropping 1k a week at retail prices?

Looks a nicely specified car as well.

Must be around 130k trade now, assume that’s still close to list so the owners hand some fun out of it .

Not quite the £500k people were asking as overs on the initial availability of these cars but some still think the overs market is as buoyant as ever :

https://rpmtechnik.co.uk/porsche-sales/vehicle/992...

Flippers will flip but that's boat has sailed and the return after on 34 miles will be minimal.

To be fair that's a higher mileage example which is going to hurt it's resale value. It's more than double the mileage of the other ones sitting on 10 miles from new

That first listed for £212k; the owner received a GT3RS allocation.

It's actually stunning in the flesh, but very, very marmite.
