Hi all,

taken my Noble to Goodwood last week (BIGGEST fun I ever had !) , all great, but thing is that I'm always afraid the car won't start, the battery drains within 2 days if I don't use the car !

At home, it's always on the trickle charger (new battery !), doors locked & alarm armed.

It has the optional 'sat track' device.

To reduce battery drainage, can I disconnect the alarm/sat track/radio ?(don't need radio anyway !) The alarm is very sensitive anyway so prefer to disable it !

What fuses do I need to take out for that ?

Thanx in advance,
Hans

It shouldn't "drain" in 2 days, 2 weeks more like.

Sounds like you have a knackered battery which won't hold it's charge. Just replace it.

When you depress the button to arm the alarm, as soon as the indicators have flashed, depress the button again and you shoud hear a tone which means you have dissabled the motion sensors, which use more current then anything else. All the other circuits remain on.

thanx daddysimo for the tip : indeed, when I do that quickly, it's a quick 'blip-blip' horn tone, never knew what it was ...

Mine will stand for weeks without going flat, I'd isolate what is draining it, I'd be suprised if it's the alarm unless there is moisture in the siren or module.
