Guys, for some weird reason I have decided to try and collect models of all the cars I've owned, ( apart from maybe the sheds ), so I need to try and find a noble, anyone know of any that were made, or indeed even have one that they might want to part with.
Thanx.

Good luck finding one. There was a few kits around for making them yourself but they go for good money on EBay.

I'm surprised Tuxman or andygtt haven't made one from Carbon fibre yet. Tut.

i guess hitech or the factory will have one - does anyone know them well enough to ask

Do you mean you have an actual model.

Maybe this can be done again if there's enough interest, which I'm sure there will be.
Do you mind teasing us with a pic or two of your model, if not, then has anyone got a link to one.

Mine is around 80% complete, if you can get one of these then the detail is excellent and can be refined with a bit of work here and there (there are a couple of bits you need to make too). As far as I know it's the only one made for the M12.

The kits were originally owned by noble and ended in the hands of someone in the usa. Paul Cundy bought the lot and made up several complete sets. Some of us were lucky to buy them. I do not think any are left.

I know it is possible to scan a solid with 2 lasers and convert to a 3d model. I will see if it can be done. Does anyone work for a company that has this facility?

Hi Steve, I'm an avid 1/18 model collector as well(and an M400 owner) and tried very hard last year to track down some of those models and hopefully persuade someone to sell me one but had no joy! One of the kits came up on Ebay last year on which I bid pretty decent money for,- but sadly didn't get. I think there were only 50 made. I'd love to get one so if anyone wants to sell theirs then please let me know!

I'm not the best with a camera but here you go:

I'm not far off fitting the wheels and painting the roff etc, the rear spoiler has a carbon decal which you can't see so I'm matching all the parts as close to my car as possible.

If someone has a 3d cad file I can convert it and do a 3D print as I have a 3D printer. Just bought a laser cutter as well!

It's taken quite a bit of time on and off, the harnesses were done by painting directly on the white plastic, I made up the colour from a darker blue mixed with white to match the actual belts. The seats are done with two humbrol matt paint pots (as is most of the interior) and the black plastic details done to finish off. The decals are in the kit.
I'm actually quite chuffed as now the body is the correct colour it's starting to look good....
Oh, I also made up the rear exhaust tips as the kit is for the 2.5 version

I need one of these in my life. I'm sure I can fit it in between dealing with the reef tank n tinkering with the noble. I can fit it in the time I'm meant to work. Lol
