Dear All,
OK chaps, been out playing elsewhere. Mike thanks for the recent mail. I have the original moulds from which my covers were made. The problem is moulding polycarbonate to them is about as extreme as you can get. I have tried a few moulders / vacuformers but no one seems interested in such small batches. If anyone can find a company prepared to do a run of say 20 sets then please let me know.

I have found a company that can do the light covers

it will cost approx 100 quid each to get 10 sets made

if I can get the moulds and or have a larger order, we can get the cost down a bit

please confirm who is interested ( I really need at least 10 orders ! )
