Why? I've had the intercooler for about 4 years without the hard pipe kit? It seems pretty expensive for what it is really, hence why I'm only just getting it now we have a decent discount

Hi.

I've been reading the thread but a bit confused.

I want an inter cooler and hard pipe kit and want to keep my filters where they are at the bulkhead?

If I keep the filters at the bulkhead. I'm not going to be left over with some spare pipes?

Has anyone got a pic of this that they have already done.

I've a 2.5 standard at the moment.

If you buy an IC separately from a hard pipe kit you'll have one duplicate pipe. I gather that if you buy both together in this group buy you'll be supplied only the parts you need and will have the duplicate piece discounted.

It should be noted for others that if you intend to buy a hard pipe kit for filters IN THE IC BOX then you'll need a water expansion tank too as there isn't sufficient clearance with the standard Mondeo plastic tank. Bulkhead mounted filters are fine though.

Sorry I got a bit lost ... Thanks for adding me back to the list.

I bought an intercooler a couple of years ago. Now I have the pennies I am going for the hard pipe kit.

But are you all saying that when I bought the intercooler a hard pipe would have come with it?

I have a black intercooler. So would this pipe be black? If I want my hard pipe kit to be black can I still get a half kit? OR do I need a full kit to ensure everything is black?

A bit confused? I might call pro alloy if no one knows the answer.
