It was less than a week old there.
I do miss my old car, hope all is well with that 1 off build, it is a stunning car/colour and about the most expensive ever to leave the factory.
Hi mate yes still going strong, done a whole 21k miles now!

There's been some absolutely fantastic pictures on here so far, and I'm now about to post a few of my M400 which are quite literally hot off the press, having been taken just over three weeks ago on a bitterly cold Sunday night down in the harbour area of Aberdeen.

These were taken by locally based budding amateur photographer by the name of Scott Reid, who advertised his services - completely free of charge or expense of any kind - on the Regional PH'ers Scotland Gassing Station. In my opinion the result is extremely professional and Scott will surely make a name for himself, combining his love of cars and photography, by producing work of this quality.

Linkety link of his original post is :

and follow up post

Needless to say I'm glad I got in early and I'm also delighted with the end results!

Bloody Hell, that me and my daughter in that!
Couple of years ago on way to Stow Maries IIRC?
That's Hanningfield, we were heading to a Porsche club display. That was a really good day!
Yep, met at Galleywood and had a nice run through to Stow Maries airfield. Some interesting stuff, including the workshops for some bonkers Exige based thing and the Levante by memory
I believe that may have been the last time the sun was out....
there seems to be quite a few of us round here smile
I'm in Galleywood as well often go along teh reservoir roads for a blast. Not sure the stow maries thing has been done since that day. they do have some good car meets over the summer at The Horse & Groom pub up on Galleywood common, normally some interesting stuff up there. perhaps we could meet up at one of those events or for a local blast ?

It is indeed.....originally bought in 1990 and put on an Elan SE, and then a procession of TVR's (but never a 400SE!).....and finally finding a home for the past nigh on 8 years now, on the M400. Which is kind of fitting really.....

3 x Griffiths yes (4.0, 4.3 and finally a 500) but never an 'old wedgey' 400SE.

When I bought the plate I had a choice, 400SE or 222SE (formerly a Maserati model I seem to remember) but I just liked the rounded feel of 400 so opted for that one. At the time there was also a Merc model called the 400SE on the market too, but I've never had one of those either!
