Premature I know but if we can assemble 5 or more nobles I can phone and arrange a space before the Porsche owners grab it as usual. If you've never been to JDs you really should - the eye candy is second to none. Website:

Anyone else up for this? Anything which raises the profile of noble and associates it with classics in peoples minds has got to be good.

3 miles! That makes you a definite then (yes, if it's not an arctic winter).

Excellent. I'll wait until we have 6 or 7 before I reserve a place in case someone drops out.

Excellent. I'll phone to reserve a place in a couple of weeks. A month ahead should be notice enough.

As we will be welcoming Sir Stirling Moss to our breakfast morning on Sunday 16th November, I am afraid to say that the morning will be an invitation only event.
With this in mind, there will be a ballot run in which you can enter for a chance to receive 2 tickets for the morning. If you are interested in entering your name, please contact charlottehenry@jdclassics.co.uk
Please note that only successful candidates will be contacted.

Best Regards,

JD Classics

Oh well, there goes that idea. Will try to organise a Noble gathering at JDs next year.

I tend to feel that if that's there attitude I'm not interested, I've been to several events Sir Stirling has attended,, I've never had this before.

To be fair it's heaving there even without a guest speaker - people having to park at morrisons, etc. I can see their concern.

Ah, Mr. Moss is being wheeled out again. A lovely chap, likes to chat about girls as much as cars. Not sure why he'll be there though. Does a relative work for them?! Gotta give it to the guy though, raced for ten years ending 53 years ago and still held up as a British racing icon.

He's there because the owner is so incredibly wealthy he can pay for whoever he wants. I was hoping for Katie Perry smile

Lol, when she was still with Russell Brand living in danbury (reportedly) I'm sure she would have come along just to see you !

i suspect its probably a dreaded H&S thing that they cant have too many people there. I've been To JD a few times and have to say the staff there are very friendly and happy to talk. As per another post, the events are always heaving. It wouldnt surprise me if there was enough interest from Noble owners that we could do a group visit/tour on weekend or evening, so i'll see what i can find out through some contacts i have.

Sir Stirling is great, a true character and always keen to get behind the wheel of a car. If he's still living a great life on the back of it, good luck to him, there's plenty of other drivers from his era who never survived to enjoy such a life.
