I made sure I took some video footage of last Mondays track day... I had a front and rear facing camera both of which were well placed and gave excellent footage... the was positioned next to the intercooler so it got the engine noise and footage of cars from behind... the front one was on the end of my rear spoiler and gave a great pic of the engine bay (remember mine mad a clear panel) and rest of the car as well as in front... only trouble was above 140mph it buffeted badly and effectively ruined the shots imo... I took front and rear videos at same time so I could do some fancy editing to switch between the 2 but im a bit to busy to spare the time to play.

The noble at the start is Rocket who is a much faster driver on track than me (I'm a novice)

if anyone else has any footage from last Monday please post it here

What do you use to capture rpm & throttle position? I really like this and have the gear to do it via obdii but believe that's not an option on the Noble.

Hi Andy
Tried to play your track lap but can't get it to play.
Is it me or is there a problem. Martin

Not sure why your having issues, maybe its the version of software on your PC, you could try it from FB on your phone?

I think that is bloody awsome Andy. What a great sound at full chat.

For a moment I thought you must have the worlds fastest arms to shift that fast ;-)

Andy, did you record throttle position as well? It would be interesting to see how it relates to your boost pressure as I believe you have boost related to throttle position don't you?

Car sounds cracking esp at full chat. smile

andygtt - this bit of video is amazing, really enjoyed watching it. Makes all the difference having the information on screen. Someone else asked how you do that, and am going to do the same! Is it difficult? Watching this has moved me another step forward to understanding why everyone wants these cars to go quicker and quicker - it is very impressive and looks a lot of fun. Thanks for going to the trouble of posting it.

I log the data in my motec ecu then I convert it to a readable file for a software called dashware which allows you to design your own clocks and readouts etc.
The later video with the split screen was done on wondershare video editing... I found both these tools online last month and the are both easy to use and learn and give fantastic results imo

Your not kidding, It's a fascinating watch. Is it possible to do this with the normal Noble (GT0-3R) gubbings at all? Am I right that they don't have a Motec ECU?
