Dissapointing service :(

i've been there to have my car mapped 4 times and i have been happy with the service. In the past ive arrived and had to wait because of hold ups on the cars before me, ive also had problems with traffic etc, which made me late by an hour or so. Mapper was not worried about my lateness at all and just got on and did his job when i got there.
As others have said you just cant tell how long it will take to tune cars. Also i don't agree with some of the comments about allowing longer between cars, as my car has some times taken 3 hours to tune and other times 7 hours. I dont think it would be practical running a business to allow 7 hours between all car just in case.
If i was outside waiting and unhappy with the situation, i'd grow a pair and go in to ask whats going on.(but i suppose everyone is different).

Edited to add: the reason for my car taking seven hours was because they spent a few hours fixing my car and getting it running properly before they could start tuning.

Same deal with my car, I waited for ages, in the end I think we started at about 9PM and finished at about 1:30 in the morning.
One thing I do know is between the two steve's there's not much they can't sort. (and Trev of course)
Every car is different and if there are adjustments to make to the engine/ancillaries other than the mapping it can take time.

I have never questioned Trevors results he is obviously very good at what he does it is just a simple communication matter I am talking about here.It is not that difficult or too much too ask to say look this is the crack the guys are running behind sorry for any delays if he had done this im sure I would have hung around and been singing his praises afterwards on here.
