Looks like a few options emerging. I'm not sure if I fancy the powervalve option but that's all BCS offer now.

The H&S is £2200 ish fitted (£1400 ish without cats).

Still not sure which way to go.
just to let you guys know I paid £1800 all in for fuel pump and wiring, heat wrap and fitting a couple of years ago

I have a Roush system on mine, I had it tested at Silverstone and it was;

99.9db @ 5000rpm
102.7db @ 5500rpm

So it's not that bad

No, but I can't imagine the valved one makes much difference

Mine was the first valved car, and apparently it was a total redesign and re-jigging, plus the costs of the valves themselves and such like.

I think the pricing is well justified for low volume production car exhaust

Yours must still have some wadding in it, over time it will blow the wadding out the back until it no wadding at all.

When rebuilt the internals are all replaced with higher quality stuff that I use in mine (the wadding and the perf) and they are all getting on track even with high power... and they are not more restrictive... at under £400 (can't quite remember) its a lot cheaper than replacing the entire system and means getting on all UK tracks.
Could you please let me know who does this? I'd definitely like to lose a few db.

Thanks
