I don't have the space and the time to take my engine out and fit a gearbox and oil coolers at the moment, but I will in 2015.

So in prep for this I'm planing on buying the coolers and welding some brackets in place ready to fit the pipework.
I was thinking of putting the gearbox cooler in the left side pod, but as I'm going to be fitting the engine cooler at the front, so I might as well fit the gearbox there as well and run all 4 pipes back at the same time. Good idea?

The chaps that have done this can you let me know what size and row's coolers you fitted and if the temps work well for you on road and track.
I'm thinking -10 fittings for the engine cooler and -8 for the gearbox.
What did you guys do about remote filters and thermo stats?

Did you all go for the mocal oil pump on the gearbox or are there other options?

OK I'm going to go for a
-10 13 row cooler for the engine
-8 10 row cooler for the gearbox.

Next question Sandwich plate with Thermostat or not?
What temp range and pressure does the gearbox get up to? So I can work out what pump to go for?

5/8 pipes for the front mounted cooler , -6 is fine for the gearbox , thermo sandwich plate is best from think automotive !!
