Hi guys,
So I have completed the V1 model of the stone guards. I have upped the thickness from a vac formed 1.2mm (thickest) plastic to 2.5mm (uniform thickness) black resin which seems tougher. I guess these are consumables.
Hopefully someone local to Redhill would be able to help me check the fit once they are 3D printed.(I have carbon bits on mine that I can't be arsed to remove and refit).
Redhill locals let me know!
Have some grooved areas on the inside as they get glued on and a keyed surface would be good. So I have completed the V1 model of the stone guards. Jed,
I live in the aforementioned hole, and have more spare time than I care for so more than happy to assist.
Drop me a PM to arrange.

V3 render below. After the test fit I have added Bondys Keyed surface and reduced the wall thickness of the sides to improve the fit & reduced the amount of resin required. This is in a print queue now I'll post an update later...
Nice work. Shame I've just had all my spare ones carbons dipped. LolI'll still have some though
