M12 front spoiler
Discussion
This is sad. I want to say how much you guys help people like me enjoy having and running these cars, Andy, you always offer sensible support and I for one appreciate your comments and views. There is a massive difference in responding innocently with an offer to help someone with a second hand spoiler, I'm not sure you even mentioned wanting money for it, taking the time and effort to sort group buys (Thanks Si for the Protech deal, appreciated) and on the other hand actually advertising something for sale on this forum. I cannot understand why someone would take such an unreasonable and argumentative view over something so innocent and harmless. Don't lose heart, they are hugely fun machines but I for one need and appreciate the group help and support.
I have to second what Steve has said.
Andy has come to my aid on more than one occasion, and got me out of a fix. Whether or not money has exchanged hands is irrelevant.
Indeed once yes and once no, but on both occasions I am extremely grateful.
Whilst the community is focused on keeping these great cars on the road and running smoothly at their optimum potential, then I applaud both this site and FB.
I doubt that any of us owners are short of a bob or two. I have no problem with the offers for sale that I have seen, as I've never felt targeted by a commercial venture. I don't think anyone's out for personal gain.
Some mods are a natural development for our cars, and I thank those who have pioneered the development, for the benefit of us all.
I've taken advantage of recent group-buys - Intercooler; Protechs (thanks Si).
Some mods may be ill-advised, but everyone is free to do what they wish with their car.
However there are only so many Nobles in existence. Before my time there were threads exalting that we were merely custodians of these cars.
Proper sensible development will increase the value of the marque. OK, the 'pioneers' will need to go a bit extreme - maybe soon we'll all be running north of 500bhp reliably.

Thanks for the support guys , Andy and myself do seem to cop a bit of flack sometimes and we both get a bit fed-up of it when we are only trying to help . Group buys can be a great thing with good savings and some of the best things about this forum are related to group buys and group meetings .

I only asked about a replacement front spoiler and it seems like it's turned into a slagging match very disappointed really.Think I will stick to the F B page friendlier bunch.
Unfortunately this is the way this forum has gone. When I got my car everyone was very helpful, polite and the enthusiasm for the cars / attitude to new owners etc was very welcoming. I only occasionally view this forum now and very rarely post as it's embarrassing how some on here conduct themselves to the point I wouldn't want to meet them in real life. It's another reason you haven't see me at a Noble meet for a long while. Saying that the people I have met away from this forum are great and are now mates.I hope it can get back to 'the good old days' before it turned into a pissing contest and the handbags it currently is.

loody hell! ridiculous and disgraceful with any kind of threatening behaviour, I have benefitted more than most on this forum and extremely grateful to everyone, an apology on here for the threats is appropriate as well to the lad...
Disappointing read.
Just wondering, has there been an apology yet?Disappointing read.
