Help please - misfire diagnosis

About 30 miles from home developed a slight misfire. Seems to run cleanly at constant rpm but stutters slightly under acceleration. Haven't had the clam open yet to investigate but any pointers? Could it be a cracked manifold? Jet stream replaced a cracked one last year with the stainless upgrade and I was planning to have the other replaced this year as the turbos will need an overhaul anyway.

All ideas welcome please.

I'm guessing once you do this, it'll be easier for you to identify the problem.
Could be a coupler that came loose, a vacuum hose that popped off, etc, etc

Turned out to be a dodgy ECU, found by Jetstream. After cooling down ran cleanly most of the time but misfired after hitting full boost when hot. At least I think that's what Dave told me. ECU replaced, now fine.
