Been away so haven't been following this. Shame we're not going to get to 10 rads but I'll take one to get the discount for 5. Unless the GB is closed and I'm too late...? Will email Alex.
Great Thanks

Does this mean we are back up to 5 radiators? If so I am in.

Sorry for your bad luck Simon and hope you get sorted for the race.

Rad has sprung a leak due to damage to the core , looks like it can be repaired but I would rather replace with a new one . No fault of pro alloy !!!! It's been fitted 5 years and done a shed load of track days and TA races .

Always worked well and from what I can see the core looks in good order !!!
I'm guessing they get filled with road crap a lot more from lots of road miles , apart from rubber tracks are pretty clean !!

Adrian do you mean all rads on Nobles or the PA gets blocked easily? What's blocking it?
A bi-annual coolant change should be enough to stop any sludge build up and if it's anything else blocking a rad then it may be some hoses perishing from inside out. What else can it be?

Maybe it's me, but I think my car runs hotter than it should, I've flushed the rad and all seemed as it should, I suppose the correct way to check is to find out the capacity and then see how much it takes, the only other thing is the water pump, the way to go now is a BMW electric pump, cant remember which one

I did suggest a few months ago running an electric pump to help with the boiling in the turbos after shutdown. I know that's normal and the flow is from bottom to top to help the boiled water pull coolant in when it bubbles but having it pumped for a couple of minutes can't hurt. It gained some quite mixed views.

Paid for my radiator today. They said they are still awaiting a couple of people paying before they could confirm the order.
