Ditto mgbond.

He gave me the CAD file and I got some laser cut. I think mine are 5mm. Look good on the car.

I would offer to cut some as I have a laser cutter at work. But to be honest if you waited for me to get it done you'd be better off paying £30 and getting it done elsewhere.
What material did you use in the end?

Acrylic.

5mm black.

Had it on the car now for about 3 years. No problems.

I had Chis at Streamline Carbon make one, it turned out great looking, but you do need to cut to fit it at the ends where the inner fender lip meets it.

Rossion made mine along with a rear diffuser as a favor when Ian was still there.
They both turned out great.
I never got around to install the rear diffuser tho.
The front Carbon Fiber splitter I have was an exact replacement, needed nothing trimmed and even the mounting holes all lined up.
I would assume there has to be other companies out there that make the same exact replacement.

mine is made from impact resistant High Density Polyethylene

it will not break if you hit it on a kerb etc

wider than a stock splitter and higher so it is less likely to catch
