Hi MG Bond - yeah, new Garretball bearing turbos, Hayward and Scott exhaust, pro-alloy radiator / intercooler, Rossion lights, ohlins shocks, quiafe lsd, itg air filters!
Surprised how snug it felt in the drivers seat and how close the pedals are together... it'll take some getting used to but heal/toe is a piece of cake!
Sounds good, what turbos has it been upgraded with and what power is it running. Surprised how snug it felt in the drivers seat and how close the pedals are together... it'll take some getting used to but heal/toe is a piece of cake!
Is it a std untreated box and clutch?

Bondy
It's running twin gt2860s and puts out 373 at 7000rpm. Clutch is AP and gearbox has been rebuilt (shot peened).
Would be great to get a pub sesh sorted - although I don't think I'd drive mine after a drink!!

That's a good spec. Assume you are running under 1 bar boost as that spec can run over 400 if Pistons changed. It's running twin gt2860s and puts out 373 at 7000rpm. Clutch is AP and gearbox has been rebuilt (shot peened).

380 is where my std Pistons me go.
Hi Ollie
Congratulations on the car I had called up the dealer with some interest but had a holiday booked so never got a chance to see it. Seems you beat me to it.
While I was looking into the car, I came across this which may be of interest. It's nothing to worry about.

Thanks Neil - very kind of you to send through the link. The dealer had mentioned your interest (good to hear he wasn't fibbing to get the deal across the line!!) Welcome - looks like a really nice 2.5 with some careful upgrades.
The rear lights are just Hyundai Senotta (think thats how you spell it) You can get them on ebay, but require quite a bit of cutting of the rear clam to fit, so im told.

Well who'd have thought that?! The 2005 Sonata lights indeed. I'd be more than happy with these as the Tail Blazers are no longer available. The rear lights are just Hyundai Senotta (think thats how you spell it) You can get them on ebay, but require quite a bit of cutting of the rear clam to fit, so im told.

First ride out today in the wet - my previous car didn't have TC but wow, i need to get used to that boost coming in - really tested my reaction times in 3rd gear at 65mph on the motorway, back twitched massively under load!
Great fun though - amazing how much attention it gets on the road, a little off-putting to be honest! I'll need to find a very quiet back road to hone parallel parking!!
