This Shell garage has a lot of space and is not too far off the beaten track for M3/A3/M25.
M25 Junc.11, (Shell - Guildford Road Ottershaw, Chertsey KT16 0NZ) about 2 miles in towards Woking just off the roundabout on the A320 opposite Ottershaw Honda
If you are coming up the M3, get off at the Woking turnoff (Junction 3) and come through Chobham
Meet at 7:30-8:10am to allow for any mishaps and latecomers

BTW - Don't put your name down, just turn up on time

That's not too bad, as I only work around the corner, but I think the guys coming up from New Forest, etc, will be backtracking quite a bit.....
