Worked on a car with the same problem - it ended up being the rod end on the inside end of the toe arm. Replaced it and no more squeak...

Front- R:7 B:9
Rear - R:7 B:8

It's a really personal choice on settings.

I think it is because they are cold. As its fine when warm. If you think about it the fluid in the damper is for viscious when cold. One way to check it whack everything to full hard and see if you get the squeaks.
