Hi guys is there a guide for removing the clams anywhere? I know it's a two man job but any "how to guides". With pictures of course. Cheers

I've not seen a guide but its straight forward enough.

On each clamshell you have three things to disconnect
1) Electrical Wiring
2) The hold back cables
3) The hinge pins

Front clam, disconnect the electrical plug which is down by the front drivers side on my 2003 3R.
Rear clam, disconnect the electrical plug which is near the rear left wheel on my car.

Hold back pins front and rear are retained by an R-clip, remove clip, take hold back off pin, and place r-clip back on the pin.

I then find the next part easiest with the clamshells closed, from underneath, pull the r-clip out of each pin and then pull the pins out of the hinges, rotating with a hex key can help.

Then its just lift it off the car.

Thanks
Matt
