Morning all,

Has anyone had any problems when replacing your door seals?

I got the ones from Woolies trim last week, no issues there, and i've fitted them without too much issue.

But the problem now with the new seals is there is tremendous preload on the passenger door when i try and close it, the drivers side seems ok though.
I have to really slam the door to get it to close.

Is this normal, will they 'bed in'? If its abnormal, what do i need to do?

Thanks

Matt

I would say it's pretty normal , you could adjust the latching pin a small amount to make it easier to close .

Mine is the same, it's the price you pay for a more water/air tight seal

Which part number is the correct one for the Noble?

I am guessing Part No: R990

Thanks in advance.

Woolies trim part number is 265A and you'll need 3.5m per door aperture. (Thanks to Simon/Tuxman for this information)

Hope that helps
