Been having a look around for my next car, and decided to take a look at the Noble. Only seen it in pitures / on the TV - until this morning!

Called in at Gordon Lamb in Sheffield to have a look this morning, and came away with a massive grin on my face - test drive to be booked as soon as they have a car available.

Got me thinking, and raised a few quesitons.....

I brought away the brochure / P/L with me, and have been weighing up the options.....

What are the differences between the GTO-3 & GTO-3R. The brochure really only distinguishes extra soundproofing and leather as internal "extras". GTO-3R also mentions Quaife ATB Differential.

Are the worth the extra?

Cheers,

Mark

Differences between GTO-3 and GTO-3R are:

1) You can get a GTO-3 now. GTO-3Rs aren't yet in production.
2) Leather and soundproofing in the GTO-3R. Not really a positive as the car sounds good and the Alcantara is (IMO) nicer.
3) Different headlights in GTO-3R. Look more modern and better units.
4) Different wheels. GTO-3Rs are less 'tacky' than the GTO-3's.
5) LSD. This can be retro-fitted anyway, and they still haven't got it right (i.e. safe), and I'm guessing if they don't get it sorted, it will magically disappear from the 3R by the time they're rolling off the production line.
