As I remeber, I belive the 6sp is a Getrag box...with Quaife ATB differential...as mentioned above US engines are being built by AER.

As a side note...US versions are using Hyundai Sonata LED tailights...as they are DOT certified...and are a good fit.

LED tail-lights - sounds good - I wonder if they are a straight fit - do you have any photos yet?

Dean is in the process of reconfiguring his cars, including my October delivery, to 3R spec's by getting the retuned ECU's and adding the 6-speed Getrag gearbox.

Just curious, but what about a stereo?

Looked at the website and couldn't tell if the Noble comes with a stereo. Understand that this car would be daily transport for me, so some entertainment besides the engine would be necessary...

The 3R comes with a Sony black panel stereo as standard. But the best music is the engine

You should call them. I've called them and they sound like they know what they are doing. I am wrestling with the thought of one myself, but keep dreaming of a TVR Tuscan...

I drove the Noble in Cincinnati, Ohio last Thursday. Dean Rosen is a great guy who is very hospitable, willing to answer any questions and lets you roam his warehouse/factory. It was a sunny warm day in Southwest Ohio and the Noble was going out for lots of test rides/drives depending on guest skill. During out ride, Dean demonstrated the power and handling of the car.
After I told him I owned and tracked an '87 911, he handed the keys to me during our test drive. I have never been in anything, including PCA Club Racing GT3S prepared 911s, that accelerates as fast and rides as smooth. The fit and finish of the exterior is very good for a fiberglass car however the interior could use a little improvement for a $73,000 turnkey car. If I won the lotto, I would have an M12 3R in my garage.
