Skeletons in cupboards and all that, it wasn’t their money it was the companies, a trap a lot of company owners fall into. It would be unlikely that the audit or due diligence is wrong. Also begs the question, what did Dyson buy?

I heard of this months ago via a very well-placed "colleague" not connected with Noble and was sworn to secrecy with a threat of castration. I, for one, cannot believe Lee Noble could be guilty of these allegations - based soley on the few times I've chatted with him.

Never really got to know him, even though I had owned an M12 and an M400.

Does sound a lot like bad blood though, you can find anything in books and accuse someone of spending money incorrectly.

These rumours are exactly what was flying around originally.

Sadly I suspect it's all true.

Why? What makes you think it's more likely to be true rather than untrue?

No smoke without fire?

I would like to think it is untrue. But if it is true that the Dysons are taking the Nobles to court I cannot imagine it is for a completely fabricated reason.

However that barrister went to jail for trying to reclaim £17.5 million VAT on a sale of 747 engines that never actually happened, so who knows.

Because he allegedly got fired for gross misconduct and is now being taken to court?

Or you could say its head in the sand. Why would Dyson waste time + money taking this to court if he didn't have a solid case?

I think there is no reason to think otherwise, I know they are still working on the new car at the factory, also if Mr.D was not going to do it, I would have thought he would have done a "TVR" by now and shut the factory down.
I think the only real questions are when, how good, how fast, Cardon fibre and how much, not if.
