Great stuff Bondy, I can imagine it possible that on the road it may go hold more boost on road, I'm sure my car does the same, certainly when putting the foot down hard when moving at speed.

Got car back now so bit hard to get that sorted.

Am I right in thinking that if this plot shows the power with the boost dropping of then if boost holds the power will be more?

if your car is making more boost on the road then it will make more power... of cause its also possible that your boost guage is wrong as well.

The dense cold air will mean it will want to make more boost especially on the motorway... they should have put maps into it that allow for overboost but your clutch may start to slip if its stock lol

Excellent power and torque BTW... must be a real hoot to drive now smile

Tanks Andy,

Gauge is fine as my ECU data logs and I know the gauge tracks logs I've done in the past.

Yes it should be mapped fine, it's not over boost but on RR it tails off but holds on road, so as fueling is scaled? The torque looks around 430 (maybe reality it lower as Mike suggests) so clutch should just handle It as I have the mardigra upgraded one. Don't want anymore torque as I don't want to do anymore engine out work. Lol

Just going to add Wideband O2 control closed loop and then we are done. Will then consider shocks/camber-toe set up and corner weighting but possible after interia refresh.

Don't think so. Want to drive it around a bit to make sure all is ok first.

I had a intake hard pipe made for the CC set up, also have a pipe i can replace with the CC.

Here are pics:

Now, without causing rifts again smile, I had been driving around giving it some on way back from golf. Dropped the clubs off at home and when I came out and started the car, I turned on my temp sensors.

Top one is after CC and the bottom is before.

So, it showed me that while sitting there the IC had heat soaked but the charge temp stayed cooler as the CC hadn't heat soaked in this short time.

Obviously as soon as I started driving again the IC cooled down (general driving I don't see any diff in temps, only when on boost). I will get some vid but basically from what I can see (its a bit hard when at full acceleration to take eyes off road)on full boost the pre CC temp goes up about 8 deg more than post CC. It would be good to see what happens on track.

Still not had the CC rad lowered yet though.
