well after a lot of thought i decided on a colour change , a good friend of mine offered to wrapp the Noble if i did all the hard work !! most of the hard work is done although i've had a setback today with the rear clam which is going to put me back a month !! wrapping is 2 layer first the base colour then the mettalic clearcoat . been a hell of a learning curve but pretty chuffed with the results so far ,

On a more serious note I'd love to see how it's done. The difficult shapes around the door handle recess and around the rear screen must be tricky?

nothing special , just wash as normal but use a detailing spray to polish , being 2 layers it should not stone chip either .

its amazing to watch the doors were done in i piece , when warmed the material is very very rubbery so you can bend and stretch it all over the place !!!

cost is hard to pin down as it depends on the condition of the body work , mine was in a bit of a state so i,ve had to do a bit of sorting out and as normal the biggest expense would be di-assembling and re-assembling the car but i would thin 2k would cover it .....probably less , he has covered quite a few cars and is currently wrapping all the Radicals that are produced .

yes it should peel off but you have to heat it pretty high , Neil thinks the only area to be worried about is the rear exhaust tips , think ive got to make a exhaust tip shroud .

I'll be interested to see what you come up with for the exhaust tips shroud. My eyes were bigger than the gap between diffuser and clam when I had my exhaust made and chose large tips, resulting in aluminium sheet protecting the clam from meltdown. It's not too good to look at after a couple of years - pitted and corroded.
