The clam had some hairline crack which you could see !!!! All fixed now should get it back next weekend :-)

With everything closed up it will look solid Green it only wrapped around about 10mm so you can see quite alot of silver with the doors open , but the whole job has cost me £800 to do the whole car !!!!!!!! Best quote I had for paint was 5 k !!! A full green paint job would no doubt be better but at 5 k was never a option !!! After all I am builder another engine and need budget for that !!!!!!!!! :-)

yeh if you look at the piccy ,ive had the splitter and my hedge cutters done in carbon wrap.
the wrap is very strong and should be pretty hard to damage !!.....i hope :-)

Thanks Simon , have to admit the colour has kept me awake worrying a bit !!!! But now I can see it coming together I'm alot happier :-) welcome KeV .... Rookies always welcome !!

Next job is rear clip !!! And that going to be massive as there is alot to do as I have cut loads of holes in it :-)

rear clip back and fitted ,thanks Grant and Dave for giving me a lift , now i can get stuck in to getting it all back together :-)

Hi Guys , thanks for the input !!! wing is going back on in carbon wrapp with my special carbon end plates ....sorry :-)

New lights have been sorted in black , rear grill has been done black as well ,exhaust tips are being modified then done in black !!

front canards .......mmmmmmm yep going to do something just not sure what yet :-)

Yep they are lovely but bloody hell 5k ...........cannot afford them anyway saving for a M600 in Green mettalic with black leather :-)

busy weekened as i have decided to paint my own wheels as i have spent the budget on a flywheel !!!
results look good i,m pleased to say ,1 down 3 too go !!

Hi Jamie, they are designed to gather the air as it tumbles of the front clip and guide it down the side of the car into the side scoops .

front arches modded to allow air pressure from under the wheel arch down the side of the car , passenger side pod is openned up and gearbox oil cooler fitted , drivers side is std at the moment .modds planned :-)

Hi Rene , each wheel has had 2 coats of primer flatted between each coat , 2 coats of satin black again flatted between coats then 2 coats of acrylic gloss laquer !!! If they bloody chip after that lot they can get stuffed :-) :-)

Wanted to use a separate lacquer for a high gloss finish never find with gloss paint I get such a good finish , satin is a good hard finish and if you flat between coats you don't get a orange peel effect , amazing what you can achieve with Halfords aerosols !!!! The secret is in the lacquer. And prep work !!
