Same sub £70k price plus four new Cup tyres - must be worth a grand for that rubber?

£69,949 cheapest now available on Autotrader FROM A REPUTABLE DEALERSHIP in Nimbus with 2,400 miles on the clock. So you are buying with the sale of goods act protection etc etc.

Good little dealership (I've been there before looking at other things) with a healthy turnover of great and interesting stock. Can't imagine they don't have a £5,000 profit in that so trade price is now mid 60's.

Give this another year and i4's being available in the new colours and I think FE's will be down to mid 50's. Interest rates are not going to go down and 9.4% car finance from Lotus is going to make a lot of people's eyes water.
I think we know trade price is now well in to the £50’s, but they may well have paid a chunk more if they’ve had it a while.

How interesting. I recently bought a Gallardo to keep for a few years before looking for the perfect spec Emira, but that situation seems to be approaching quicker than I thought

The Somerset one has factory PPF to the front, sills, rear haunches as wheel arch. Rear tyres quite worn for the low miles but other than that it's a smart enough example. Silver Calipers, yellow stitch on Alcantara.

They have lots of enquiries. Nice guys.

The way Evora asking prices are holding up in comparison.....

Does this mean I'm not the only oddball that thinks the Evora is better looking?

Possibly. I suspect that Evora prices are holding up because there are some of us who suspect it's a better/more engaging driver's car than the Emira - and there aren't many Evoras on the market. For a few the 2+2 seating may also be a draw.

Would Gallardo -> Emira not be a backward step? I'm thinking of going Emira -> LP560-4 over the next few years. Maybe it's not a fair comparison with the difference in age and tech etc.

Just noticed Marshall group (not even in the Lotus Franchise) have got 4 delivery mile cars at 10k under list. This must really boil the piss of the authorised dealers.

How does that even happen? You would think that lotus would control the supply to authorised dealers. I just don't understand how there is apparently a little Ng wait list but yet there are stock cars floating about? Is the spec that varied that those committed aren't offered these cars at a decent subsidy to keep everyone happy??!

we can only assume that Lotus are a bunch of incompetent muppets in every department. I really don't understand how Matt Windle has kept his job being in charge of such utter moronity that can't even get a car to market let alone all the other astonishing nonsense that we see.

You hit the nail on the head with the final bit of your last sentence, for me it's about age and tech. And I'll have scratched the Lambo itch by then (I hope anyway, I bloody love the thing and can't imagine not having it)

Won't be long before they are mid sixties at this rate.

Cheapest is already 69k and with all cars being first edition other than colour and suspension options there's not much to pick between them.

Very tempting if they do. Shadow grey, diamond cut wheels and red leather would be perfect!

That’s for sale by one guy. Perhaps a motivated seller. There aren’t any others for sale at that level.
