Its absolutely hideous. Everything a Lotus should NOT be.
That's the way the market goes, either sell 1000 cars a year and struggle or hit the mass market. IMHO I think its a stunner, seen a few up close (mate has a yard that a dealer stores some in) Yeah all the anoraks will say its not a lotus, and in the true sense its not, but that's what happened when Porsche brought out the Cayan and now no one blinks an eye when they turn up at a Porsche meet. Its wider then an Q7 and looks very imposing. Loved the aero, not so sure about the Vidar on the top of the front screen, looks like an after though and I bet it will leak...
Want one though... would buy it in an instance if it did 350 miles at 85+.... but doubt it will...
The Eletre is interesting for sure I think its a far more relevant car than the Emira in the current market. I will probably try and get a go in one at some point. They do make sense for business users and you could look at it as a half price Urus. Main concerns in terms of a buy for me I think any advantages in reduction in corp tax etc will be wiped out by quite steep depreciation. Plus a completely inadequate dealer network. As Porsche roll out their EV SUVs it will be interesting to see how they stack up.

Always good to see them on an auction site, gives you the ony real indication of their value.
Only if you watch them come to the end of the auction to see the max bid before it doesn't sell (most likely outcome here).V12 Migaloo said:
