Jeff, had I been able to forsee what was unfolding last year and how long it would go on for I would have refunded, but things snowballed.
We did our best, but were found wanting.
We have made reparation for that.
The key to a good business is probably something I shall never have, call it incompetence, bad planning,whatever you would like, but it has never been about the money to us, but a shared passion that has helped us do some good.
Fact is the charity side comes first now. You cant run both without something having to give. I learned that last year.
We do not sell any more without negotiation and discussion with potential clients because of the complicated nature of what we do with the charity work taking up a lot of time.
