Its not long now until i get the first Bertini GT25 back from the paintshop. A bit of tweaking was needed, but thats what the prototypes are for.
The car comes back on thursday - so next step is for me to choose the exhaust for the first car.
My intention is to leave the rear diffuser uncut when a customer takes their order so they can choose the style of exhaust they have fabricated.

here are a few options i have been thinking of. What do you guys think.

I'm more a fan of 1 pipe left and 1 pipe right.

No contest for me, dual exit. I keep looking out for your car every time I drive past but not seen it yet...
Looking great though.

Dual Exit, but I have to say that the Golf R32 style looks oke too, also a bit TVR like (not going up of course) :-)

Given the location of the spare wheel well, can you fit 2 back boxes in or is it more cosmetic.

The spare wheel is lost and standard exhaust does not fit with the upswept rear.

The centre exhaust will work without moving the battery. As will a single left side exhaust. (Except on the Z3M where the battery is in the middle)
If you want pipes on the right then the battery cage needs to be cut out. And either the battery strapped in the boot or a nice small lithium racing battery used.

Lol... Thursday the car comes back from the paint shop. And to say I can't wait is a massive understatement! 😃

Looking forward to seeing it. Been following the project on here and on facebook.

How long til the car is actually fininshed after it comes back from the paintshop?

The Bertini GT25 is back from the paint shop hand the kit fitted. In pretty excited now as next week the lights are going in and the car will have its MOT.

I have got a walk around video on the facebook site which I will try and post.

Z8 back end with a lightning front end, pretty good effort. Well done and all the best.

here is the video of a walk around of the car - i am really happy with the panel gaps. it makes the car feel like a production car.
I have also got the exhaust box ready for fabrication. (its alot smaller than the VERY HEAVY original. and will make a great sound!

I'm fitting a the full strong strut system next week, which will really sharpen up the handling.
