Does anyone know where I can buy an adjustable seat mount that enables the seat to be adjusted for height and slide forwards/back?

I let other people drive my car and presently just have a bodge wooden insert and the seat is loose which is not ideal...

It needs to fit in a small kit car (Striker)

Is there anything suitable in Demon Tweeks catalogue? Or Rallye Sport, Car Builder Solutions, etc?

I believe Cobra sell adjustable for/aft runners, but doubt they adjust for height.

Thanks for the suggestion, it really needs to be height too as I like to be higher up when I'm driving compared to other people.

What about a visit to the scrappy with a tape emasure in search of a suitable donor seat?
Many/maybe most production cars with height adjustment sit on runner mechanisms that are bolted on.

I'm not aware of any aftermerket type runners that would do the job.

Without wanting to upset anyone, as a general rule those who want the seat high normally want it well forwards.
If that is the case here then use normal runners but set them at a steep angle backwards. In this way the seat will rise the further forwards it is.

That's a good idea actually.

I did this in my old Midas. It was a bit of a B' though as adjusting was a nightmare. If it was in a forward raised position the weight of seat and driver would slide the seat all the way back when the adjuster lever was released.

The old Marcos had fixed seats with adjustable pedals. Shorter drivers had a "tadpole" seat insert to raise them up.

I might get a set of these and see if I can get them in somehow. The trouble is that the front of the seat is squashed in anyway so there is not much scope for adjustment anyway.

The other option is ditch the seat entirely and use pillows biggrin
