When his engine expired in Bahrain I wonder if he said "Itried swithching it off and on again but it still wont work".

As for his car.............it might drive well but he loves it and its for him.
Why doesn,t he put it through IVA and drive it here?

Guys, please don't let this thread descend into personal comments like the other ones did.

Jesus, mine is entirely made of scrap but even I'd be ashamed at that finish.

"A lot of blood and sweat went into it, literally. On one day I lost the tip of my index finger in the turbo and it came out of the exhaust."

i think this was a sign:

the car wanted to tell him: stop building this pile of sh*t, scrap it and spent more time togehter with your wife.

The car that I have built is safe and functional and does the bizz however it is not superb or even close and has some poor areas.
But this chap I am sad to say gives the home built car a bad name because it is not very good and chopping your finger off does not help. The average reader would assume he is a twit.
The reader would also assume the car was not used on our roads because it is not safe.It even failed to cope with tickover.
This is not good for the reputation of home car builders as without a doubt I have seen some awe inspiring home built cars that are amazing in their quality.

I like how he's stuck his own copyright over a picture that clearly belongs to Ultima Sports Ltd.

Jesus, I'd never seen this. What a total fking travesty. It's about as good as I could do and I'm really really st at anything that requires any degree of engineering skill.

What's really sad is that the builder cannot see just how st this really is.

It reminds of those total utter tts that go on XFactor with the most ridiculous baseless self belief.
